पिछली पोस्ट में आपने पढ़ा कि किसी तरह भूमि परीक्षण किया जाता है, और उसके बाद आपने देखा की ब्रह्ममीणी भूमि किस तरह की होती है। अब इस पोस्ट में हम देखेंगे कि क्षत्रिय और वैश्य भूमि किस तरह की होती है।
क्षत्रिय भूमि
इस तरह की भूमि की मिट्टी का स्वाद कसैला सा होता है। जिसमें से रक्त से मिलती-जुलती गंध आती है। इसका वर्ण भी रक्त के जैसा ही होता है।
रक्तवर्णीय पुष्प एवं वृक्ष इस जमीन की शोभा होते हैं। सर्प आदि होना इस भूमि की आम बात है। इस तरह की भूमि को क्षत्रिय भूमि कहा जाता है। क्षत्रिय भूमि राज्य, वर्चस्व एवं पराक्रम को बढ़ाने वाली होती है। इस तरह की भूमि पर सरकारी कार्यालय, सैनिकों की छावनी या काॅलोनी व शास्त्रागार बनाने के लिये उपयुक्त होती है।
वैश्य भूमि
ऐसी भूमि जिसका वर्ण हरा एवम् पीला हो और जो मधु या अन्न के प्रकार की गन्ध छोड़ती है, वैश्य भूमि बतायी जाती है। इस भूमी की मिट्टी का स्वाद अम्लीय जैसा होता है। इस भूमि पर अन्न एवं फलयुक्त वृक्ष बहुतायत में होते हैं।
जिस भूमि पर भूमि पर अन्न एवं फलयुक्त वृक्ष पाये जाते हैं वह बहुत ही समृद्धिकारक मानी जाती है। ऐसी भूमि धन-धान्य में वृद्धि करने वाली होती है। साथ ही यह ऐश्वर्य में भी वृद्धि करती है। इस प्रकार की भूमि व्यापारिक प्रतिष्ठान या व्यापारियों के निवासी के लिये बहुत उत्तम मानी जाती है।
