प्रत्येक घर का यह एक बहुत महत्वपूर्ण प्रयोजन है कि बच्चों की पढ़ाई ठीक हो, वे सही ढंग से विकास करें। बचपन से ही बच्चों को सीखना, पढ़ना और जीवन में आगे बढ़ते रहना सिखाया जाता है। पश्चिम-दक्षिण-पश्चिम शिक्षा की दिशा, बचत (सेविंग) की दिशा हैं। यदि आपके बच्चे नहीं पढ़ते है तो आपको जरूरत है अपने घर में इस दिशा को अच्छा करने की। यही एक दिशा है जिससे आपको शिक्षा और बचत (सेविंग) में अच्छे रिजेल्ट मिलेंगे। बच्चों की किताबें और पढ़ने की जगह आप यहां कर दे तो आप हमेशा टाॅप टेन में बने रहेंगे बच्चों को कभी जीवन में नहीं कहना पड़ेगा पढ़ लो, वो अपने आप पढ़ लेंगे यहां से विरोधी तत्व और विरोधी कार्य (एंटी एलिमेंट एंड एक्टिविटी) हटाकर लाभ प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
यह दिशा क्षेत्र है ज्ञान, अध्ययन, विद्या अध्ययन एवं विद्याभ्यास का। वास्तुशास्त्र में सही शब्द लिखा है, विद्याभ्यास। जो देखा है उसका दक्षता से अभ्यास करना। यह विद्या प्राप्त कैसे होगी? दक्षता से, यानी जुड़े रहने से, कनेक्टिविटी से। इसके साथ का दिशा क्षेत्र है भोजन का व प्राप्तियों का। तो प्राप्त ज्ञान का बार-बार दक्षता से अभ्यास करने से विद्या यानि ज्ञान की प्राप्ति होगी। नियमित अंतराल में उसको ग्रहण करने और दक्षता से उसका अभ्यास करने से विद्या की प्राप्ति होगी।
प्रतिमा को गंभीर चिंता सता रही थी। उसके दोनों बच्चे, एक की उम्र सोलह वर्ष और दूसरे की तेरह वर्ष, पढ़ाई में अच्छा प्रदर्शन नहीं कर पा रहे थे। प्रतिमा को पता था कि उसके दोनों ही बच्चों में श्रेष्ठतम अंक प्राप्ति की चाह थी। लेकिन न जाने क्यों वे अपनी क्षमताओं का पूर्ण उपयोग नहीं कर पा रहे थे।
प्रतिमा की बेटी बारहवीं कक्षा में थी। यह कहने की जरूरत नहीं कि यही उसके जीवन का महत्वपूर्ण साल था। बोर्ड परीक्षा द्वारा ही अब तक की सारी शिक्षा को योग्यता का मूल्यांकन किया जाता है। प्रतिमा उसके ट्यूशन, कोचिंग पर पानी की तरह पैसा बहा रही थी। वह अपनी बेटी को अधिक से अधिक समय पढ़ने की प्रेरणा भी देती थी। परंतु इन प्रयासों द्वारा किसी भी तरह परिणाम नहीं निकला। अपने घरेलू इम्तिहान (माॅक टेस्ट) में बेटी ने सिर्फ पैंसठ प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त किए। इससे प्रतिमा बहुत चिंतित हो गई क्योंकि उसे पता था कि यह अंक काफी कम हैं और प्रतियोगिता बहुत कड़ी है।
वह अपनी बेटी के भविष्य के प्रति आशाहीन होने लगी। इंजीनियरिंग की पढ़ाई के लिए इतने अंको से क्या होगा। वे इतने अमीर भी नही थे कि पैसे द्वारा करवा पाएँ। उसकी चिंता में उसके पुत्र की पढ़ाई के तौर-तरीकों ने आग में घी का काम किया। वह पढ़ाई की टेबल पर टिकता ही नहीं था और उसके ग्रेड भी कम होते चले जा रहे थे।
जब उसके घर पर वी.एम.वी वास्तु महा वास्तु का प्रयोग किया गया तो पता चला कि पश्चिम-दक्षिण-पश्चिम दिशा असंतुलित थी। इसके अलावा पढ़ाई की मेज (टेबल) भी शिक्षा के दिशा में न होकर पश्चिम-उत्तर-पश्चिम में थी जो अवसाद एवं घुटन की दिशा थी।
वी.एम.वी विशेषज्ञ के द्वारा बताये गये कुछ उपाय जैसे कुछ किताबे सोम की दिशा में और कुछ पेपर वरूण की दिशा में रखवाये गये साथ ही कुछ शिक्षा व बचत की दिशा में रखवाये गये। उसके कुछ समय के बाद प्रतिमा जी को बेहतर परिणाम प्राप्त हुए। वह बहुत खुश थी उन्होंने वी.एम.वी वास्तु महा वास्तु का बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद किया और शुभकामनाएं दी। उसकी बेटी को अच्छे इंजीनियरिंग काॅलेज में दाखिला मिल गया था और उसके बेटे ने भी अपनी वार्षिक परीक्षा में अच्छे नंबर प्राप्त किए थे।
